Design:
Experienced designers competently prepare plans for the manufacturing plant; review selections made and ensure they conform to customer specifications. This process is usually preceded by a check measure on site.
Build:
Kitchen innovations have invested in the latest plant, equipment and software enabling us to produce the highest quality product (cabinetry; stone bench tops; glass splashbacks) in volume quantities or to one-off designs. Research into overseas manufacturing best practices has allowed us to harness some of the world’s leading edge technology and utilise it for excellence in the manufacture of kitchens.
Working to global standards ensures our products are produced with precision, without delay and cost effectiveness. Quality Assurance flow programs implemented constantly monitor each stage of the manufacturing process, to increase productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.
Installation:
As part of our Quality Assurance process, we assemble all our kitchens in the factory prior to dispatch as to guarantee that there are no issues on site. 
With respect to the cabinets we utilize a dowel process which enhances the strength and integrity of the kitchen.
All the components (cabinetry; stone bench tops; glass splash backs) are then delivered to
the premises and installed by our dedicated qualified trades’ people.
Our Customer Service Officer (CSO) will then conduct a final inspection of the installation so as to ensure that the Customer is fully satisfied with the end product.
Quality assurance:
Quality Assurance is monitored from design to invoice with controls in place at each stage of the value chain.
Our combined internal and external Quality Assurance program guarantees a smooth transition from manufacture to final invoice.
